🤔How’s your January health & fitness resolutions coming along?

⏰Train 45 minutes, 3 times per week for 3 months. Imagine your new body & how you’ll feel in May 2021?

🏃🏻‍♀️Move better, feel more confident & understand the concept of fitness more. All this is do-able with right plan of action.

🔥This was taken in 2012 at the peak of my body conditioning. In 2021, I want to get close to 85% of 2012 body & rewarding myself with my fave food after every training session
